frequently asked questions

What exactly is the C.A.S.H. Program?

The C.A.S.H. Program (College Athletic Scholarship Help) is a step-by-step system that teaches families how to navigate the recruiting process and secure athletic scholarships. It includes on-demand tutorials, live video coaching sessions, a private online community, and powerful tools like an athletic profile creator with built-in marketing templates, email tracking, and offer tracking.

How is this different from what we could do on our own?

Most families try to “figure it out” through Google searches or random advice. The C.A.S.H. Program organizes everything in one place, gives you proven strategies that have already worked for other athletes, and provides personal guidance so you avoid costly mistakes or missed opportunities.

Does this program guarantee my athlete will get a scholarship?

No one can guarantee a scholarship — that depends on the athlete’s skill, academics, and the college’s needs. However, the C.A.S.H. Program gives your athlete the best possible exposure, the right marketing tools, and proven strategies to get in front of more coaches and maximize their chances.

How long does it take to see results?

That depends on where you are in the process. Some families see coach responses within weeks because we help them contact the right programs with the right message. Others may take longer if they need to improve highlight videos, academics, or athletic stats before outreach.

What sports does this program work for?

It works for all college sports — football, basketball, baseball, softball, volleyball, soccer, track, and more. Our strategies apply to any NCAA, NAIA, or JUCO program.

My athlete is only a freshman/sophomore — is it too early?

Not at all. The earlier you start, the more prepared your athlete will be. Starting now allows time to build relationships with coaches, improve stats, and stand out before recruitment deadlines hit.

What if my athlete is already in their senior year?

It’s not too late. We’ll focus on immediate exposure strategies, late recruitment opportunities, and connecting with programs still looking to fill roster spots.

How much time will this require each week?

Most families spend 2–4 hours per week at first — watching tutorials, attending Google Meet sessions, and working on their profile and outreach. Once the profile and outreach are set up, it’s more about maintaining communication with coaches.

Do you help with academics and eligibility requirements?

Yes — we walk you through NCAA, NAIA, and JUCO eligibility, academic planning, and even how to position your athlete’s GPA and test scores to stand out.

What if we have questions during the process?

You’ll have access to our private online community where you can ask questions anytime. Plus, our weekly live video sessions give you direct access to recruiting experts who can guide you through any challenge.
