Premium Membership: All Premium Memberships to the TruChampions Platform adhere to the cancellation policy outlined in the individual contract sent to the customer. Monthly Membership: Monthly memberships automatically renew every 30 days and can be canceled on the website or canceled by contacting [email protected]. TruChampions is not responsible for refunding memberships that automatically renew. Annual Membership: Annual memberships automatically renew every year and can be canceled on the website or canceled by contacting [email protected]. TruChampions is not responsible for refunding memberships that automatically renew. Organizations Membership: An organization entering into a contract with TruChampions is subject to the agreement per the contract for the particular organization. For student-athletes with memberships provided through an organization, TruChampions does not provide refunds for dues paid to an organization for the use of TruChampions.
All TruChampions memberships, products, and services are non-refundable after purchase. RenewalAll subscriptions will have the ability to renew as they approach the end of their first twelve months unless we terminate it or you let us know you want to cancel. All distribution of event video without consent is considered to be intellectual property rights theft. A team film order must be placed if an individual intends to distribute event film amongst a team. Please be aware that all videos are watermarked for tracking purposes.
Orders may be canceled and fully refunded for any reason up until 1:00 PM EST the day prior to the start of the event. After the event, refunds will not be issued due to an inability to attend the event, lack of playing time, or weather delays/cancellations. If an athlete is injured, a full refund will be issued upon providing a doctor’s note. If your game schedule is changed, we will do our best to accommodate those schedule changes. If we do not film your games due to scheduling errors or changes, a refund will be issued for the cost of each game that was missed.
